I had a stopped up toilet that Mr Rooter of Rockwall fixed for me. Eugene and team accomplished this quickly and cost effectively. They took time to clean up and replaced my supply lines at no extra cost. I highly recommend!

Was able to get a visit same day to diagnose the issue with camera scope. Diggers start tomorrow or day after, very nice to get going on this ASAP! Master Plumber (Eugene) was awesome, and the owner (Rhett) was great to talk to in the phone from the start!
I called Mr. Rooter this morning for our kitchen drain issue. They came out in the afternoon and fixed the problem! They were very kind and efficient. Fantastic to work with and will certainly call them again.
Installed all new waterlines in house effected by freeze. Received communication during the job and follow up call after completion. Technician even took video of repairs saving time and reassurance job completed correctly.
Noticed my water consumption over the past months had suddenly gotten higher and couldn’t understand why. I called City of Denison and they couldn’t find any leaks, so I called Mr. Rooter. At first glance they didn’t find any either. Then we turned on our sprinklers. Lo and behold, one of our sprinkler heads was broken off and a stream of water shooting straight up into the air. Time to replace the 180° head. Thank you Matthew and Mr. Rooter problem solved. Water bill should be back to normal.
I called on a Sunday for an emergency, and they came. I had tried 3 other plumbing businesses before Mr. Rooter, but they didn't have anybody available only Mr. Rooter did.
Mr. Rooter was courteous, punctual and cost effective. They fixed a leak in our laundry room sink and hydrojetted a drain line that was extremely clogged. They then ran a camera down the line so we could see how clean the drain line was after the jetting was done. I would highly recommend them!
Eugene and team are fantastic! He was pleasant and professional. He's great, friendly, professional and explains things well. Costs were transparent… pricing was meticulously explained, reasonable and fair. Communication was terrific and I never had to wonder about anything. A++

Mr Rooter is the only company that I will have to my house. These men are the greatest people ever. I contacted them at 10:00a on a Friday to repair a broken water line after the recent freeze. They came out Friday evening around 7:30p and fixed everything by 9:00p The cost??? The price was unbelievably very affordable!! I'll never use anyone else to tackle a plumbing job again. Rhett you and your employees are terrific people!!!! Thank you!!!

This team was available promptly for communication from start to finish, took the time to explain and show us what was going on as well as present multiple options to us throughout the process, and effectively repaired/installed a solution. I had to flush my water heater as part of the maintenance and Evan came over to help with that. He was very efficient and explained very clearly about the process. He was also knowledgeable in a lot of maintenance process and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work in and around!

Jacob came out and did a plumbing inspection on a home we were looking at purchasing. He was very punctual and thorough in his inspection and identified several issues that were not highlighted by the regular home inspection. I called Mr Rooter Plumbing and they had a tech at my house within the hour. The dispatcher gave me a price over the phone and they stood by that price at the end of service. The tech was not only informative but was also very courteous. He made sure to keep the work area and the path through our house to the master bathroom clean. I was very impressed with my service and would highly recommend this company. I did not expect such excellent service.

5 stars amazing service! When i had a major meter box leak and most plumbers in my area were busy two weeks out or couldn't help me within a week, these guys were there the day i called!! One of their guys drove an hour an a half to come fix my leak!! And Rhett was really great in helping me get everything squared away in regards to the payment. Great expertise, Great customer service, and an awesome bunch of guys! I would HIGHLY recommend! They’ll put you first and do their best to work with you!!
We recently had all of our plumbing pipes changed out. Evan and his partner did an excellent job. The service with Mr. Rooter was very outstanding.
